About Cutting Edge
People at the heart of every connection.
Who we are
Cutting Edge People Solutions is a privately owned recruitment agency, established in 2019 and based in Roodepoort, South Africa.
We believe recruitment works best when it is personal. Behind every vacancy is a business with its own goals, culture and pressures. Behind every application is a person with their own experience, ambitions and potential.
Our role is to understand both sides well, and to help them find each other.
Understanding businesses
We take time to learn how a business works, what the role involves and what success looks like for the team.
Recognising potential
We look at the whole person — their experience, their strengths and where they want to go next.
Communicating clearly
We keep employers and candidates informed, so everyone knows what to expect and where things stand.
